Things worth noting
Enterprise has more org-wide controls and is typically for companies with higher compliance and security requirements.
As an admin of a Business plan, you'll have the ability to add and remove team members from the plan and control access to join your workspace. On Enterprise, you will have admin controls to control meeting link sharing and opt out of model training for everyone in your team.
We currently have integrations with Zapier, Attio, Affinity, HubSpot, Slack, and Notion, as well as MCP and API access. You can find out more here.
We do not allow third parties (like OpenAI or Anthropic) to use your data to train their AI models. Granola trains on your anonymized data so we can keep making Granola better. Each individual user can opt out of this in your Settings with one click. Enterprise users have model training turned off by default.

We recommend always asking for permission before transcribing others. Depending on where your meeting participants are located, you may need to get permission from participants in meetings prior to using Granola to transcribe. We've built a feature that sends an automated message at the start of each meeting to let others know you're using Granola.
