We’re looking for a self-starting engineer who loves building products in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
In this role, you will come up with new ways to unlock value for our users using LLMs and enhance the quality and performance of our application. You’ll be talking directly with them to understand their problems and develop the features they need most. You will be part of the founding team and help unlock Granola for the next 100x users.
In this role, you will:
- Own the development of our macOS desktop application
- Optimize the application for speed, reliability, and security
- Interact with users to understand their problems and design solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest macOS development trends and technologies
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, and other members of the team to create a cutting-edge product
Your background looks something like:
- 5+ years of experience developing high-quality, performant macOS applications
- Proficiency with macOS development (Swift, Objective-C, C++, and related frameworks)
- Track record of debugging, profiling, and optimizing macOS applications
- Experience with TypeScript, Electron, and React.js
- Interest in AI/ML (direct experience not required)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities
